I understand that opening up to someone you've never met can feel overwhelming, even a little strange at first. That’s okay. I’m here to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and heard. Our work together begins with listening, and from there, we move toward insight, healing, and change.

I take a holistic approach to counselling seeing you not as a diagnosis or set of symptoms, but as a whole person with a unique story.

We typically meet for weekly 50-minute sessions. Though our conversations may go deep, this is a professional relationship with clear boundaries, focused solely on supporting your growth.
