🔹I’m a wife and mom to two amazing kids, one navigating university life at 19, and the other keeping things energetic at 11. Our dinner table conversations range from academic debates to basketball highlights (with plenty of snack requests in between). You could say I lead a daily masterclass in empathy, emotional flexibility, and conflict resolution, no official certificate, just real-life experience! As a family, we love to travel, explore nature trails, and immerse ourselves in new cultures. That same sense of curiosity and connection is something I bring into every therapy session.

🔹I've earned two Master's degrees—one in my second language and the other in my fifth.

🔹I grew up in Europe, near the Hungarian-Slovak border, and later moved to Canada, where I had to rebuild my life from the ground up. I walked through the fire of rejection, uncertainty and starting over not once, but many times. These experiences didn't just shape me, they deepened my empathy and sharpened my purpose.

🔹In Slovakia, if your name is on the calendar, you get to celebrate your name day—and I do! That means I get two celebrations every year: one for my birthday and one for my name day. Double the cake, double the fun!

🔹I’ve worked as a babysitter in both Barcelona and London—my passport is filled with stamps, and my vocabulary has picked up a few charming accents along the way!
